After viewing the biggest award show of the year, we fell in love with so many 2018 Oscar beauty looks. If you’re like us and want to recreate them on yourself, then let us show you how with GIELLA Cosmetics!
Look 01: Emma Stone
Emma Stone blew us away in her beautiful shades of pink with a hint of purple. To recreate this look, use our Eyeshadows; ‘Rosette,’ ‘Blush Beam,’ and ‘Rose Wine’ on the eyelid. First apply Rosette all over the lid, then apply Blush Beam in the crease. Finally, apply Rose Wine in the outer corner and lower lash line. To finish off the eyelid, apply our Eye Pencil in the shade "Ultra Violet" on the upper lash line. Don’t forget mascara! Complete the look with our GIELLA Lipstick in “Sculpture”.
Look 02: Taraji P. Henson
Taraji P. Henson stole our hearts in a deep purple lipstick with light silver/grey eyeshadow. She kept it simple, but made a statement! To achieve this look apply GIELLA Eyeshadow in “Sterling” on the eyelid and crease. Then for bit of a highlight apply ‘Sterling’ Loose Glam Eyeshadow. Taraji opted for a very wearable blush shade as she had a bold lip and eye. Our Cheek Tint in ‘Luscious’ would be the perfect match. To achieve Taraji’s perfect brows use our "Brow Wax" in Dark Ash. Fill in your brows, and define their shape. Next, apply our GIELLA Lipstick in “Glum Plum”. This look is so simple, yet others will think it took you hours.
Look 03: Helen Mirren
Helen Mirren looked absolutely amazing on the 2018 Oscars Red Carpet, and truly shows beauty doesn't have an age limit. Helen wore a beautiful silver inner corner highlight to make her eyes pop. Our ‘Sterling' Loose Glam Eyeshadow would be the perfect formula as it's a great alternative to highlighters that may be too shimmery for some. A rosy-pink cheek brings out her bone structure. Use our cream “Rose” Cheek Tint to replicate her flushed cheeks. Our favorite part of Helen’s look was her lipstick and our 'Pinkberry' shade is a best-seller that is an ideal match. Finish off with mascara and viola - a simple, glamours look.
Look 04: Margot Robbie
It would not be a red carpet without Margot Robbie showing us how it’s done with wearable makeup. Apply our 'Magnetic Eye' first to prime eyes and keep shadow from creasing. Next, apply a soft pink shadow like 'Blush Beam' all over eye as a base color. To recreate Margot’s eye look, use our Lighswitch Highlighter in the shade “Glow” with a gentle hand on the eyelid. Margot also favored a flushed face at the 2018 Oscars, and GIELLA Cheek Tint in shade “In Love” will mimic this. To get Margot’s natural brows use our Eyebrow Tint in 'Blonde'.
