Makeup Trend: Matte + Gloss

We're often asked: How do I transition my makeup between summer and fall? This is great question and we have a really easy go-to solution: make your lips the center of attention!

Try a fresh take on the lipgloss trend by combining it with a matte face. Into the Gloss recently profiled this very duo and we couldn't agree more. We enlisted our Creative Director, Katrina Barron (@kat_b_beauty), to give you her expert how-to on perfecting it for your own unique style using our non-sticky, paraben-free, nut-free and saturated-with-pigment lip gloss.

Step One: Apply your usual amount of coverage (Liquid Foundation or BB Cream) you normally use on your face and neck.

Step Two: Use our retractable kabuki brush, for easy application, and apply GIELLA Mineral Powder in a circular motion. Or try getting the matte look by setting your foundation with our Hi-Def TZ Blotting Powder. It's a smooth translucent powder that controls oil, minimizes pores and is perfect for all skin types and colors.

Step Three: Get glossed and pick your favorite shade of our customizable GET GLOSSED lip glosses. Or go mini with one of our Mini Lip Gloss sets that let you mix colors to blend your own shade.
