GIELLA Eye Cream

Use both day and night on bare skin. Apply eye cream around the occular bone, not too close to the eye to avoid the cream getting in your eye when you sleep. It will work its way up. Use your ring finger which has the least amount of pressure in it and tap it into the skin.
